HRD Director Frank Marks and Shirley Murillo attended the NOAA Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) Change of Command which saw the departure of CAPT William “Brad” Kearse and the arrival of CAPT Randall “Randy” TeBeest as AOC Commander.
