Dr. Adrianne joins NOAA’s Atlantic Oceanographic & Meteorological Laboratory as an NGI/Mississippi State University Postdoctoral Associate. Adrianne will work with Luke Thompson in the ‘Omics group, using environmental DNA to understand carbon export to the deep ocean and to track and predict fish populations. Adrianne recently received her PhD in Marine Biology and Ecology from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School, where she studied the population genetics, age, and growth of lane snapper.
