NOAA-42: Is tasked for an IFEX mission in AL94 over the Gulf of America. The first mission is scheduled to depart from MacDill AFB Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 4 PM EDT (2000 UTC). Follow-on missions are tentatively planned on a 4 AM and 4 PM schedule as long as the system remains of interest and is over water. A go-no-go decision on the follow-on missions will be made Wednesday morning at/after the 10:30 AM EDT (1430 UTC) briefing/conference call. Three HRD scientists will be aboard these missions.

G-IV
NOAA-49: Is tasked for a mission around AL94 with a Wednesday departure from mMacDill AFB at 1:30 PM EDT (1730 UTC) August 11, 2010. A follow-on mission will depart MacDill AFB Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 1:30 PM EDT (1730 UTC). An HRD scientist will be aboard these G-IV missions.
AFRC DRIFT BUOY DEPLOYMENT: No missions scheduled for next 24 h.
CONFERENCE CALL: A conference call has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 10:30 AM EDT (1430 UTC).
