Tim Holland

Tim Holland is a Lieutenant (O-3) in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps (NOAA Corps). Over the last few years, he has been supporting the science mission of NOAA. As the operations manager for NOAA’s Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) he works directly with senior level scientists and research associates to coordinate field operations of the three AOML small boats and over 10 small boat operators. He is the diver master and lead diver for AOML dive operations. He spends a substantial portion of his time in the field supporting diving operations and supporting small boat operations as OIC and Vessel Operations Coordinator.
