Christopher Garcia is an Electrical Engineer at the University of Miami’s Cooperative Institute of Marine and Atmospheric Studies (CIMAS) and apart of the Instrumentation group at the Physical Oceanography Division at the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML).
