Evan Josza joined AOML’s Ocean Chemistry and Ecosystems Division as a University of Miami Cooperative Institute research Associate. His research involves conducting climate quality sample analysis of ocean carbon parameters for major ocean monitoring programs, maintaining and supporting the automated CO2 network across research vessels (SOOP-CO2), and co-leading coastal ocean health projects across U.S. national parks. Ultimately, Evan strives to monitor the health of U.S. and world oceans through sustained carbonate chemistry observations of the highest quality.
