NOAA42: Is currently flying a Tail Doppler Radar Experiment into Hurricane Ingrid. They took off around 0600 UTC (2AM Eastern). Three HRD scientists are on this flight.
G-IV: Is currently flying a Tail Doppler Radar Experiment over Hurricane Ingrid. Take off time is scheduled for 1300 UTC (9AM Eastern). No HRD scientists will be on this flight.
NOAA43: Is tasked to fly a TC in Shear Experiment into Hurricane Ingrid. Take off time is scheduled for 1800 UTC (2PM Eastern) and will coordinate in pattern with NASA’s Global Hawk. Two HRD scientists will be on this flight.
