G-IV: Was tasked to fly a research mission around Tropical Storm Bertha. This flight has been cancelled.

NOAA42:  Is tasked to fly an Ocean Survey research mission. The goal of this mission is to gather oceanic and atmospheric data in the area ahead of Tropical Storm Bertha. The NOAA42 P-3 aircraft is scheduled to take off around noon eastern from St. Croix and recover in St. Croix eight hours later. Two HRD scientists will be onboard.

Sunday, August 3, 2014

NOAA42:  Is tasked to fly a Tail Doppler Radar mission into Tropical Storm Bertha. Take off is scheduled for 2PM Eastern from St. Croix. They will recover eight hours later in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Three HRD scientists will be onboard.

NOAA43:  Will ferry from MacDill Air Force Base to Ft. Lauderdale, FL for future flights into Bertha.
