NOAA43: Is tasked to fly an Ocean Survey flight. Take off is scheduled for 10AM Eastern from St. Croix. The flight objectives are to collect oceanic data ahead of Tropical Storm Edouard. One HRD and one University of Miami/RSMAS scientist will be on board.
