NOAA43: Is scheduled to fly an Ocean Winds research mission into Matthew. Take off is scheduled for 1500 UTC (11AM Eastern) to and from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. No HRD scientists will be on this flight.
G-IV: Is scheduled to fly a synoptic surveillance mission around Matthew. Take off is scheduled for 1730 UTC (1:30PM Eastern) from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.This flight will land in MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. No HRD scientists will be on this flight.
