Flight Director's log

These are ASCII files of the electronic events log kept by each mission's Flight Director. The first line of the log contains the flight ID, which is the year, month, and day of the mission followed by an letter identifier of the aircraft used.

There follows the event log itself. Each entry shows the time and location of the aircraft during the event. Several parameters, such as the temperature, dew point, track, radar altitude, wind direction and speed, and the SFMR wind estimate are listed before the comment section. The comment lists the reason for the event, usually some significant occurance during the flight, such as turns, changes in altitude, or the launch of expendibles.
