The following slideshow (upper panel) illustrate the real-time ocean surface conditions around the MV Explorer. The parameters shown are color (chlorophyll a), sea surface temperature (SST), winds, and surface currents (SC). Maps with surface currents also include drifters trajectories for the last 14 days, shown in red , where the yellow circles indicate the drifter current location. Click here to see the meaning of the symbols used to represent the surface wind. The lower panel show the time series of temperature and salinity.
