Professional Interests

Lisa Bucci is a senior research associate at the Hurricane Research Division (HRD) of AOML, working for the Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Studies (CIMAS).  She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Earth Systems Engineering in 2007.  In 2010, she recieved her Master's of Science degree in meteorology from Florida State University under the supervision of Dr. T.N. Krishnamurti.  Lisa's research interests include performing and evaluating regional observing system simulation experiments (OSSEs).  She is also a parcipant in HRD's annual hurricane field campaign.
