cycle time [days]                    duration of one complete cycle (for float types TS1, TS2 and TS9)
descent time [hours]                 programmed period for the descent (for all SOLOs) 
neutral depth time [days]            time spent at drift depth (for all SOLOs) 
ascent time [hours]                  programmed period for the ascent (for all SOLOs) 
surface time [hours]                 duration of the transmision (for all SOLOs;
									 note: the actual surface time is usually longer)
