NHC Library -
The National Hurricane / Tropical Prediction Center Library is a branch of NOAA Miami Regional Library which is located in the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory on Key Biscayne. The 960 SF library features moveable shelving accommodating approximately 8,650 cataloged items, roughly 8000 scientific journal issues and vertical files containing hundreds of hurricane related items including newspaper clippings, reports, maps and photographs.
NMFS/SEFSC Miami Library - The main Southeast Fisheries Science Center Library is located in Miami, FL. We also have field libraries located in Panama City, FL and Pascagoula, MS. The library provides information services, literature searches, inter-library loans, computer-based information retrieval of citations, abstracts, full text, databases, such as CSA Illumina for Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts. It’s collection includes 6,000 books, 140 journals and numerous CD-ROMs
NOAA Libraries Network-This directory contains addresses, telephone numbers, web sites, hours, and personnel names on NOAA libraries. NOAA staff should use their nearest line office library and can contact the NOAA Central Library in Maryland if they do not know which one this is. A brief description of each library's collection is included.
RSMAS Library-The RSMAS Library’s mission is to serve, support, and enhance the teaching, learning and research needs of the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science. RSMAS provides patrons with a place for group interaction, discovery, and study, by teaching our users literature research skills, and by acquiring and maintaining scientific literature collections and finding resources pertinent to the Rosenstiel School research and teaching needs
