Archimer IFREMER's Institutional Repository - Find thousands of documents in all ocean and sea-related fields (aquaculture, fisheries, geosciences, ecology...) This project is in line with the international development of Open Access, which aims at providing free access to scientific literature to the widest audience via the Internet. CEEMAR Central and Eastern European Marine Repository - digital repository covering the marine, brackish and freshwater environments providing access to papers produced by staff of the ECET countries Institutes
NIO National Institute of Oceanography (India) is one of the 38 constituent laboratories of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research. The focus of research has been on observing and understanding the special oceanographic features that the North Indian basin offers. OceanDocs Is a themed repository of research and publications in Marine Science including data, published articles, technical reports, working papers and more. OceanDocs is supported by the International Oceanographic Data and Inforamtion Exchange specifically to collect, preserve and facilitate access to all research output from members of their Ocean Data and Information Networks (ODINS). 26 countries and 44 marine science institutions are participating in this online repository. OpenSKY-OpenSky is the open access atmospheric science institutional repository supporting UCAR, NCAR, and UCP, extending free and open access to scholarship for the benefit of research and education. Founded in 2010 on the principle that public access to the scholarly record is essential to the advancement of science and society, the vision of OpenSky is to preserve and make freely accessible the scholarly record of UCAR, NCAR, and UCP, in support of the broad mission of UCAR to foster science, support its community, and facilitate the transfer of knowledge. In support of this vision, OpenSky will provide long-term storage, preservation, access to scholarly works and the products of scientific research created by UCAR, NCAR, and UCP authors. PANGEA -
Publishing Networking for Geoscientific and Environmental Data is a data library which links primary data related to articles in earth and environmental science journals and thus may serve some hundred journals of the Elsevier portfolio. In the first phase, more than 1,000 articles from various earth science journals were linked. The data are freely available from the publication’s page in ScienceDirect, without a login or subscription. PANGAEA, as a library, is open to any field of earth system research, enabling a bibliographic citation of datasets with identification via DOI and a widespread distribution through portals, library catalogs and search engines, which is currently unique on the Internet. PANGAEA is hosted by Alfred Wegner Institute Polar and Marine Research and Center for Marine Environmental Science. It is funded by the European Commission Research, Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft and International Ocean Drilling Program . Public Library of Science - In 2003, launched a nonprofit scientific and medical publishing venture that provides scientists and physicians with high-quality, high-profile journals in which to publish their most important work. Under the open access model, PLOS journals are immediately available online, with no charges for access and no restrictions on subsequent redistribution or use, as long as the author(s)and source are cited as specified by the Creative Commons Attribution License . PUB MED- comprises more than 20 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites. SOTON- This institutional repository contains research publications from the University of Southampton (UK). The CLIVAR Project Documents and
other earth science related publications are available here. WHOAS- Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution open access repository and archive. Contains themed publications and data of the WHOI (MBL) scientific community. |
