Trouble shooting the Download

Having trouble downloading the needed files?

Some common questions that have been asked:

Using Netscape:

Opens files as ascii rather than saving as a file
- A: try holding down the [SHIFT] key while clicking the file link. This should automatically tell netscape to save the file rather that open it.

Using Internet Explorer:

No reported problems as of yet

Other possible downloading problems:

Can not download JRE:
- A. Try downloading the JRE from the Java homepage at http://java.sun.com
