Mission Plan :
NOAA 42RF will fly an EMC-tasked TDR mission in Tropical Storm Tomas north of the Turks and Caicos. The P-3 will leave St. Croix, USVI at 2000 UTC and will recover in MacDill AFB, FL by 0500 UTC of the following day. The plan is to do a figure-4 with 90 nm legs. The flight track time is calculated for 11,000ft. We would like to fly at 10,000ft (pressure). We will be doing drops at the end points of the legs.
