There is an NHC-tasked G-IV synoptic surveillance mission for Tropical Disturbance Tomas. Takeoff is 0530Z Nov.4 from St. Croix USVI, and landing in MacDill AFB, FL eight and half hours later. Main targets are the storm itself and the trough in the Gulf of Mexico. If a drop must be eliminated, then #21 could be removed.
