Take off from St. Croix, USVI for CBLAST/Ocean Winds around Tropical Depression #10.
Mission Synopsis
NOAA 42 completed an Ocean Winds experiment with Paul Chang of NESDIS today into the convection associated with the wave of (apparently) redeveloping TD10. Like the Air Force at 14400 ft, N42's crew were unable to find a circulation center while flying at 850 mb (5,000 ft) They landed at St. Croix tonight about 7:00 PM.
