NOAA 43RF will conduct an NESDIS-tasked Ocean Winds experiment into Tropical Storm Gabrielle.

The P-3 will leave St. Croix, USVI at 1900 UTC on Sept. 10th and will recover at St. Croix by 0200 UTC on the next day.
