Mission Summary :
NOAA 49RF flew a truncated NHC-tasked Synoptic Surveillancd mission around Tropical Storm Emily. The G-IV left MacDill AFB, FL 1730 UTC but shortly after the first few drops the flight was cancelled due to Emily's disintegration over Hispañola and returned to MacDill AFB, FL by 2000 UTC.
