The tight seal might have cut a wire in the cable..... If that's the case and you feel adventurous,
install the backup modem but keep that one up as it has the weather station connected to it.

Hey,

I had to open the window to get gps. I think I had it too tight. The transmitter was getting errors as well so by the time you get this email, you might received already the gps email. But what should I do when NMEA fails like that again?
