Hi Patrick,

Pedro sent me a message about your launcher not working right. 

What problems were you having with the primary launcher? Was there a tube out or some other issue? 

Since that is a test launcher, we need details of why it would be switched out for another one so we can identify the problems and determine if they were board-level issues or hardware issues.
