from:ax07 to:lu01@noaa subject:Re: Getting close to finishing Hey Zach, Indeed, my fun out here is about to end. lol Still on schedule to arrive tomorrow evening. Scheduled to meet the pilot at 6:30pm. Thanks for looking into the train schedule. I don't have access to the website now, but i'll book it tomorrow, asap. By chance, did you see how many seats are available? Based on your experience, do they sell out quickly? I'd rather spend what little time I'm here in Madrid, so I prefer to make that train.... You're the pro; what are your thoughts? -Shaun lu01 wrote: from:lu01 to:ax07@noaa.gov subject:Getting close to finishing Hi Shaun, By what we heard before, looks like you're going to be getting close to arriving soon. Have there been any changes to the schedule at all? Anything you need from me before you get off the ship? The website for the train ticket is raileurope.com I just looked and there is availability on the 30th at 08:43AM, so if you're fairly secure in your times, I would go ahead and book it online now if you can. If you need me to, please let me know. If you don't need anything else, have a good end of trip and get everything packed and stowed. After your last drop, please click Transmit>Batch in the XBT window. That allows Amverseas to transmit whatever it has left outside of the 5 drop/5 hour time limit. Leave the computer and antennas for last. That'll make sure that all the profiles come in to us here before you get back. Best regards, Zach
