Hi Zach,

I think I know why messages arn't being displayed.
It seems that if there is no Subject, the message will not be displayed in the window.

Download this latest update and run the command I sent you in the previous email after the copy.
Basically you have to set permissions. you don't have to create the folders again.
The file is called

ftp-mail-update.zip
