The drifter database has been updated through September 30, 2019
We have 4 separate data files since we 
recently eclipsed 20,000 drifters and the latest data file was getting very 
large.

Edited/non-interpolated position and sensor data files.
The position (p-files) and sensor (s-files) have to be merged.
The dirfl  has information about each drifter (ex: deployment time,
deployment lat, lon, drogue off date, death date, cause of death,etc)
