There are 2 sets of data file, be careful the columns are different
and they are explained in the _header.txt files available in the
same directory.

These are raw data files, no editing has been done.
You should use the directory file for each of the 2 sets to ignore
data prior to deployment date, and past ending date.

Longitude: > 180 is west longitude
drouge off date = 1 1 1979 means, drogue off date could not be determined.
