In order to get the example figures, the following scripts should be used: 

1.- SST_SHA_CLO.sh  gets satellite data. This is an AWK script that 
calls these scripts:
     SST_satelitte.sh    
     SHA_satelitte.sh  
     CLO_satelitte.sh   
     These three files give the ascii outputs:
            SST_area1, SST_area1         
            SHA_area1, SHA_area2
            CLO_area1, CLO_area2

Once the data are generated, the following Matlab scripts generate
the graphic outputs:
2.- SST_timeserieR1.m
3.- SHA_timeserieR1.m
4.- CLO_timeserieR1.m

In order to get the example figures  *R2,*R3 and *R34, these AWK 
and Matlab scripts should be modified.  Further information to 
modify these files is found inside each script.
