About filenames conventions:

The convention for file names is:

 CallSign_TimeStamp_[ExtraInfo_]DataType.ext

where:
        CallSign: Ship call sign (for example 'ZCDJ6', 'C6TN4', ...)
		TimeStamp: yyyymmddHHMMSS (year month day hour minutes seconds)

		Extra (optional): for TSG this is 'xdata' or 'sdata'
                          for XBT this is 'N01', 'N02', ..., 'N99'
                          for MET this will not be used

		DataType:         for TSG this is 'TSG'
                          for XBT this is 'XBT'
                          for MET this is 'MET'

        ext:              for TSG this is 'txt'
                          for XBT and MET this is 'bin'

To send data into the GTS, binary SEAS files can be added to ./XBT
