1) Currently, no editing has been done on NORBERT_24H.PFL. The liquid water 
   measurements are believed to be wrong (fide Gamache); also temp. and DP
   are unreliable at certain points where they drop together to low values. 
   According to J. Gamache originally (in the Type 4 records) the DP did
   not drop when temp. did; apparently during processing, OAO constrained 
   DP to follow temp. 
2) All processing of NORBERT was done using local tracks
