The storm GLORIA85 was divided up into 4 logical storms - i.e., it was
processed as if it were 4 separate storms. Although there is a logical
storm called GLORIA85_2, and an index file called GLORIA85_2.IDX, there
are no .CTR and .TRK files to go along with it, because the 2 flights that
make up the logical storm GLORIA85_2 were processed using the global track
GLORIA85_1.TRK.
