ELENA85 was split into 2 logical storms for processing. Unlike other cases in
which a storm was divided into logical storms, all the flights were at the
same standard pressure. In this case, there were simply too many flights for
one global track to be sufficiently flexible, since the number of splines
cannot be greater than 20. The logical storms were:
