The 03U1 flight gave no data - the storm was already overland, and the
flight was only conducted in case the storm popped out over water,
which it did not.
The 01U2 and 02U3 flights gave no useful data - the storm was too weak 
at that point for BIGD to determine centers reliably.
There was an altitude change during the 02I flight, from 600mb to
800mb. Therefor this flight had to be divided into two logical flights.

The 02U2 flight was processed with EARL98_700MB.TRK; the others were
processed using the local tracks.
