REMARKS:
Mission Notes: Survey mission into tropical depression after initial INVEST during the day. UPDATE: Mission ID should be 0202A CYCLONE, CARCAH amended obs as they went out because storm name could not be change mid-mission. 

Met System Used: C started because it agreed better, switched to F at beginning of Survey mission.

Equipment Issues:
- Hygrometer was much too low in the storm environment (4C when it should have been closer to 15C). Defaulted the dewpoint. Wrote up in 781.
- A number of sondes had late winds (4/17)
- Red flashing data started 0807Z and lasted approximately 15 minutes.
