REMARKS: 2 Penetrations, 11 Drops (6 Good/5 Bad), 2 VDMs
Drop pallet was giving issues for the loadmaster and we had a batch of bad sondes
that were not baselining and connecting and the few that did would terminate early 
so we didn't get any drops on the first pass through the storm until we switched
over to a new box of sondes that actually worked.
