REMARKS:
Started on 08 and had to step to the spare because on the flight prior to the drop pallet would not send drops to the ARWO pallet. Tested sending a drop on the ground on 05 and it worked. Keys had to be loaded. Had to take off 2 hours late due to issues in the front and with the met equipment. 

Data flashing red started at 0630Z en route to the storm. Lasted approximately 20 minutes. 

During the fix mission the drops would not transfer from the LOAD to ARWO pallet. Had to use a harddrive. MM also would not import any of the drops. Therefore, all drops were sent in an admin message to CARCAH for dissemination.
