The center was estimated to be at 17.5N 146.3W and we entered from the NW to the SE, then to the NE quadrant, and ended in the SW quadrant with drops at the end points, max wind bands on the north side, and center points. For the second alpha we entered from the SE and ended the final leg in the NW instead of the NE (due to nearing bingo fuel). The storm was a Tropical Storm when we entered and stayed about the same intensity throughout the mission as it approached the Big Island of Hawaii. We flew at FL050. As far as issues, the computer crashed (blue screen of death) three times (at FL250 at 0308Z, FL250 at 0426Z, and FL050 at 0634Z). The SFMR also read about 15 kts too slow (I wrote this up in the forms) and the drop pallet was having GPS issues. The hygrometer was reading warmer than the Td at various points throughout the mission. Additionally, 3 dropsondes failed in the storm environment, one was the center drop on the on the first fix so we had to turn back around to fix it again. SATCOM gave a RCVROFF and COMEROR error for about 50 minutes to KNHC at 0240Z. I switched between systems C & F at various points throughout the flight for GPS FOM 2 errors. Finally, the Mission Manager data was all flashing red for 15 minutes at 0436Z until 0452Z and again on approach into TISX for about 15 minutes starting at 0705Z.
