REMARKS:  This is part one of a two part fix mission into Elsa.  The mission
had to be restarted (as a new mission) due to a) an incorrect date/time retrieved
from the EGI, reflected on all obs and messages, and b) multiple crashes of the 
ARWO computer.  I'm not sure if any of this data is usable.  No fixes were made
due to the center still being on the Cuban coast.  We ultimately landed early at 
0432Z and the total time was 5.6.
