MetSys A

SATCOM was slow.  Message status was RCVROFF for both NHC and GS-1.  
Messages were leaving the plane and reaching NHC but we could not receive 
messages. This began after about 45mins inflight.  GS-1 noted status as RCVROFF 
for us. Written up on forms as transmitter/receiver inop.
