Problems:
​SATCOM: Ch. 48 stopped working 10 mins into flight. Switched to 42...had slow or inop xmit on 1st inbound leg, and had to resend several obs later.  42 worked ok rest of time.
*ARWO Computer/DROP Pallet: ARWO computer time was 1.5 mins off from plane. Caused AVAPS software on load pallet to default to "9999" for initial sonde data from plane, skewing the top ~100m of sonde data. Load had to enter manually to correct.  Only figured it out that the time sync was the problem toward end of flight.  Pure luck we were able to figure it out at all. This needs to be trained as part of our equipment check procedures.

Dropsondes: 4 of 10 were bad including all 3 inbound eyewall (NW and NE quads)

GPS FOM: consistent FOM on system C (up to FOM 5) and intermittent on F
