​Had same issue with Max Storm FL wind in VDM (doesn't populate when time is changed).  Also both CARCAH and I had to restart stations because SATCOM stopped working.  Once it was reset, it worked again.  A couple RCVROFFs here and there too (when neither RCVR was actually off).
