REMARKS:
late for fix due to sfmr issues on first plane(5301)and subsequent move to the unfueled spare...sfmr raw data interface inop.

no sws in SE corner recco, E entry recco, W exit recco...no visual 
and sfmr inop.  dropped sonde instead.

storm upgraded to Cat 4 during flight. 

sfmr issues below Cat 1 hurricane winds....read about 20kts low.  
have pics of sfmr display.
