REMARKS:
VDMs: 6 

Reccos: 13

Drops: 18 (1 not sent due to checking satellites).
Also removed winds from a couple and some did not hit surface but 
sent all 17 to CARCAH, except one said above. 

Met on-time criteria for 1130Z fix at 11:27:00Z fix. 
Met on-time criteria for 1730Z fix at 16:39:40Z fix. 

Used system F. 
Also, used about 24-26 on SFMR for SST. 

Very non standard legs, due to coastal restrictions, land avoidance 
and other participating aircraft. 
anywhere from 50-105 nm legs.  Came up with plan and CARCAH liked it 
getting as much sampling for NHC. 
Had issues with Drop pallet gaining satellites, so we decided to just 
drop and they ended up working. 
Also, a few stopped reporting winds before hitting surface multiple 
times.
