REMARKS:
SFMR was all over the place.  Had to lower SST temp 5-10 degrees 
below the forecast to get it to match.

Had a couple bad sondes too.  Instructor Load suspects the Radiation 
Rack.

Radar depection was awful.  The storm is either rapidly falling apart 
or there's something wrong with it.
