Recco #19 not disseminated to the AWN bc so close to fix time.

Went on invest, did first fix and upgraded to TS Earl. 

SFMR:

-used Temp of 30 C then down to 26C in storm environment to match 
visual surface winds. 

DDPH: worked well

systems: used system F, C was close too. 

Issues/Remarks: 

-Legs modified to 60 nm SE and SW, then 70 NM NE and NW quad inbound 
to 3rd fix.
