REMARKS:
VDMs: 1

SFMR:

-used Temp of 26 C  initially had to adjust to 24 to get winds up 
based on visually, then had to take all the way down to 12 to get 
winds up to 50 kts visually. 

-it worked well initially outside of storm and driving in, but once 
near max winds at sfc, was low. 

systems: used F. all in agreement

Issues/Remarks: 
HDD was bad bc mx took from load and put on our pallet and 
didn't give us a good one, then replaced from other acft. 
-Legs modified to 120nm in NW and 90m in SE, NE 120 and 90 SW. 
-one alpha, one fix.  First fix was done at flight level but sfc winds were 50 kts, believe system was reforming 
while we were there, couldn't find weak surface winds. 
Radar recorder didn't work on load pallet so we took a few pics on our phones. 
On radar it had a large circular banding look, but nothing on surface indicated surface center. 
SATCOM worked fine initially, but everything got hung.  Restarted many times, eventually changed antennae angle
to high and it worked and channel 48.
