REMARKS:
At takeoff, TS Colin was making landfall in Florida Panhandle moving 
NE.
There would be no way to get 0530Z fix.
However, we did Shore Patrol on Atlantic side of FLorida, Georgia, 
South Carolina waiting for the 
remnants to re-emerge and hopefully get the 1130Z fix at 1030z.
CARCAH said just follow coast line back and forth (N-S) and measure 
FL and SFMR winds.
Drop Sondes as I feel necessary.

Was never able to fix center. No fixes.
Max wind 68 kts 105nm SE away from FL coast.
