REMARKS:
HSS in the gulf was acting up pretty bad. THe first recco was right 
on but the HSS decreased instead of increasing like it should have 
according to the charts. The test sonde was right on to what I 
thought it would be

I did a test drop:
Drop 1 at 134223Z
ACFT HSS 7564m
SFMR 0 kts
sonde height 7582m
sonde winds 3 kts

Systems check at time of drop and Recco2. Recco1 was over water so 
b/c d/e were irrevelant. Idk why but the RA values are way low. 
A:7525m  B:7523m C:7564m D:7526m  E:7524m  F:7572m

No major issues in the storm enviro.
