REMARKS:
Orignally tasked for 19.5N 95.0W.
First takeoff failed.  Had to return for fuel leak.
This flight was the spare.
By this flight, Storm was moving on shore, so we were asked to do a 
low
level beach run from 90nm north of veracruz south to 90nm south of 
Veracruz and then home.

Per CARCAH, Eric Dutton, was told to drive straight to 19.3N 96.2 
West. No Deviations or course corrections.
Then Turn left, and go south 60nm along beach (beach patrol).
Then do a 180, and go back to point back up beach.

Mission was considered "MISSED" but they still happily took our data and 
found it useful.   Max winds found were 34kts, but storm was onshore, and 
NHC did not name storm (Per CARCHAH). No DROPS transmitted, NO VDMS.
Only SHore patrol RECCOS and HDOBS.

Val note (added):  This mission WOULD have been "missed", but since they took
off at the direction of NHC, it is actually being counted as a "late"
